SRCSD is Proposing to Make Changes to the Consolidated Sewer Ordinance and Enforcement Response Plan (ERP)
As part of its on-going business practices, SRCSD periodically reviews and amends as necessary its Consolidated Ordinance and ERP. The goal of this review process is to improve clarity and readability, to eliminate redundancies, and to ensure that the documents remain current with new regulatory requirements. Over the last several months, SRCSD has identified a number of amendments to its Consolidated Ordinance (limited to Chapters 1, 2 and 4) and ERP.
SRCSD's goal is to answer any questions and to resolve any issues before the formal review and adoption period begins. NOTE: None of these proposed amendments will change SRCSD's current published monthly sewer rates or sewer impact fees.
Below you will find links to highlights of the most significant changes, the proposed ordinance changes by chapter, and the ERP.
