UNWI 1 & 2 - Part of the Elkhorn and Natomas Boulevard Sewer Connection Project

Manhole construction in a residentail neighborhood Upper Northwest Interceptor 1 & 2 work consists of:

installation by tunneling methods of over 19,000 feet of 144-inch lined, segmental pipe
construction of 2 transition structures
construction of 21 access manholes
connection of 3 existing trunk sewer lines
installation of construction shafts and associated tunneling support facilities
