What are service levels?
Service levels are high level measures that reflect how well SRCSD is meeting its mission from the perspective of its customers. In other words, service levels measure what our customers get from SRCSD for the money they pay.
How well is SRCSD doing?
On the left-hand navigation menu is a list of SRCSD service levels. Click on each link to get complete descriptions of the individual service levels, data, and explanations of the data.
